After the carcasses have been dry aged and hand-cut, most of the products are then vacuum sealed in premium easy-tear, BPA free packaging. This packaging is designed to seal completely around each cut of meat, meaning the edging of the package can survive slight damage without compromising the vacuum seal. Most of our ground meats are packaged in a chub casing which is a BPA free durable, flexible, and vacuum-sealed plastic tube. It is specifically designed for ground meats, secured at both ends with metal crimps or clips.Once the products have been packaged, they are then immediately flash frozen to preserve freshness and flavor.
